This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with your use of the Sentient Spire Mobile Security app, what is deleted, what is retained, and for how long.
How to request deletion
Email: send a request to privacy@xyberteq.com with the subject “Mobile data deletion request”. Include the activation reference or device ID shown in the app under Settings → About so we can locate your record.
Online form: submit a request at xyberteq.com/privacy/request and select “Delete my data”.
If your app was provided through your bank or employer, you may also ask that organisation’s administrator to deprovision your device, which triggers the same deletion. We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete verified deletions within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Device & installation identifiers
- Device-bootstrap / attestation records
- Security & threat telemetry tied to your device
- Activation / license binding (device is deactivated)
- Crash & diagnostic logs
What may be retained, and for how long
- Operational / security logs — up to 180 days, then deleted or anonymised
- Aggregated, anonymised statistics — indefinite (no longer identifies you)
- Records we must keep by law — as required by applicable law/regulation
